[Department Office] Capstone Project Oral Defense Schedule, Spring Semester of AY 114 (2025–26)

Oral defense: Thursday, June 4 · Rooms K504 and K505 · 15:00–16:40.

Project supervisors apply to the department office before the defense and submit the Capstone Oral Defense Application Form by 16:00 on May 28.

Each group is examined by three committee members (including the supervisor) for about 20 minutes. Each member scores the whole group on the Oral Defense Score Sheet; the group’s score is the average of the three, rounded, and recorded on the Capstone Oral Defense Score Record.

Supervisors hand all score sheets to the department office on the day of the defense. Students submit three printed copies of the revised project to the department office by 16:00 on Thursday, June 18 (week 16).

Submit the full version and the short version as electronic files (Word and PDF) plus three printed copies. Have your supervisor check the format first. Name the files “[project title] full version” and “[project title] short version”. Final deadline: 16:00, June 18.
