Oral defense: May 1 · Room K505 · 15:00–16:40.

Project supervisors apply to the department office before the defense and submit the Capstone Oral Defense Application Form by 16:00 on April 24.

Each group is examined by three committee members (including the supervisor) for about 20 minutes; the group’s score is the average of the three members’ scores.

Students submit three printed copies of the revised project to the department office by 16:00 on May 30 (week 15).

Submit the full and short versions as Word and PDF files plus three printed copies, after your supervisor has checked the format. Final deadline: 16:00, June 2, 2025.
