OCAC 24-Hour Emergency Hotline for Overseas Chinese Students
How do overseas Chinese students report an emergency?
The Overseas Community Affairs Council (OCAC) runs a 24-hour emergency hotline, 0910-152-035, to provide any assistance needed.
OCAC also offers medical emergency and funeral assistance. Overseas Chinese students in Taiwan who are hospitalized for injury or illness and face a heavy financial burden can apply for help, and funeral assistance is available in the event of a student’s death (contact: +886-2-2327-2820).
